When it comes to aspects of the series, Harry Potter and the Cursed Child gets a lot of flack but it isn’t bad and is a fun way of looking at Harry Potter post Deathly Hallows.

Harry Potter and the Cursed Child has been called a lot of things but “fanfiction” is one of the most common but here’s the thing: It’s not that bad. For whatever reason, people love to trash it or say it’s not that great and it’s a pretty good addition to the series as a whole.

We get to see Harry in a whole new light, watch as the crew came back together to stop an evil wizard yet again. While there are problems within the play itself, it is a fun new adventure to go on with Harry, Hermione, Ron, and their families.

It’s not the same story again and again and we get to have a fun new look at how Harry Potter would deal with a new threat when he’s older, no longer at Hogwarts, and has a lot more problems in his adult life. He has a family to worry about and a lot of his problems come from not talking to his family and trying to ask for help.

Cursed Child is just an interesting way of seeing Harry and it may be different than reading the books because he’s a different person. He’s older, he has more responsibilities, and he’s not just the boy who was supposed to stop Voldemort anymore and it’s fascinating to see how much Harry Potter has changed throughout the years after his time at Hogwarts.

Next. Why did Voldemort get so many followers and people who supported him?. dark
