An explosive new docuseries about Hillary Clinton promises to expose more about the almost president than ever before. Here’s what you need to know.

Hillary, Nanette Burstein’s four-part documentary, premiered at the Sundance Film Festival back in January, but it is arriving in front of most viewers on Hulu on March 6, the first week of Women’s History Month.

Regardless of your personal opinions about Hillary Clinton, she is clearly a groundbreaking figure who has a lot to say about American political life, particularly for women.

The Clintons are notoriously private, making a project of this magnitude somewhat difficult. Luckily, Burstein was given 35 hours to interview the former Secretary of State along with complete editorial control, allowing for a final unprecedented product.

The documentary promises to go through Clinton’s life, including her early political days as a Goldwater Girl and her marriage with husband (and former president) Bill.

For those still nursing wounds from 2016, you may want to fast-forward through her analysis of the election night four years after the fact.

Here’s the official synopsis from Hulu:

"“A remarkably intimate portrait of a public woman, Hillary interweaves revealing moments from never-before-seen 2016 campaign footage with biographical chapters of her life. Featuring exclusive interviews with Hillary Rodham Clinton herself, Bill Clinton, Chelsea Clinton, friends, and journalists, the series examines how she became at once one of the most admired and vilified women in the world.”"

Whether or not you voted for or even like Hillary Clinton, Hillary will surely be a fascinating way to kick off the new decade’s first Women’s History Month.
