Young Justice: Outsiders episode 20 live stream: Watch online
After a plethora of threats, Young Justice: Outsiders episode 20 finally pivots back to a character we haven’t seen in several episodes.
A lot has happened to the titular team in the second half of Young Justice: Outsiders alone. The team officially formed, Halo/Violet found out some tragic news, the Justice League faced off with the Furies, and the list of rescued meta-humans keeps growing. Amid all the mayhem, a lot have subplot has grown dormant, but this week will refocus on a critical character: Victor Stone.
Since Young Justice: Outsiders came back from its midseason hiatus, we’ve only seen Victor Stone once. You know, when he was benched from the then-unofficial Outsiders team. Given his fight scenes with Halo and his ongoing plight to learn about his powers, it’s odd that the series has strayed away from him. Nonetheless, we’ve been wondering where Vic has been and what he’s been up to. And we might finally get some answers this week.
According to the Warner Bros. Television Division’s synopsis, we’re in for a Cyborg-focused episode:
"“Victor Stone reaches a crisis point, and he’s not alone.”"
The synopsis seems straightforward. Victor, or at least his Fatherbox, is the central point of this week’s conflict. However, who else could be in crisis?
Considering how the series has interwoven Halo and Vic’s story together, Violent could be the other person in crisis this week. In true Young Justice form, we know that some internal conflict isn’t the only plot point that will test the team.
With Tara’s deception amping up in the not-so-distant background, this week will give us some hints into Tara’s mission. After all, even a classic arc like the Judas Contract can contain some twists.
