The RuPaul’s Drag Race finale is just around the corner! The queens have to write their own verses on Ru’s latest single, so who will hit the high notes and who will fall flat?
The finale of RuPaul’s Drag Race is so close we can taste it! With the final five queens gearing up for the big showdown at the finale, it’s anybody’s game. This week, the queens have to prove they can roll with the big dog herself, RuPaul.
As is tradition, the remaining queens will write and perform their own verses for Ru’s single; this year it’s for the song “Queens Everywhere.” Michelle Visage will surprise the queens in the work room to give them all the deets. They have to make rap verses, and some queens — like Vanjie — feel confident in their skills, but that doesn’t always mean they’ll come out on top! Along with their verses, they also have to pick up the “most ambitious choreography of the season” with choreographer Todrick Hall.
Besides performing on the main stage, the queens will also be guests on Ru and Michelle’s podcast, What’s The Tee? If it’s anything like the seasons passed, they will get down to the nitty gritty and discuss their childhood traumas and how they got where they are today.
As usual, the judging panel is family-only, so expect to see the darling faces of Carson Kressley, Ross Matthews, and Todrick. This is the last challenge of the season, so the remaining contestants have to step it up and prove they have the Charisma, Uniqueness, Nerve, and Talent to be America’s Next Drag Superstar.
