5. Arthur (Arthur Christmas)

As the son of Santa Claus, it makes absolute sense that Arthur from Arthur Christmas would be filled with cheer and goodwill. In fact, we have to admit that of the entire family, it almost seems as if he is the only one who remembers just how magical the holiday really is.

Even though he is clumsy and works in the mail room at the North Pole, Arthur is a true believer in the magic of Christmas. And not just that, but he is the only one who seems to care when one child is actually forgotten. In fact, he refuses to let this little girl down and does whatever is necessary to make sure that she gets a present in order to keep her sense of wonder and innocence intact.

There is something extremely delightful about Arthur Christmas, to the point where we find ourselves wishing this film had a much larger audience. Arthur, who is voiced by James McAvoy, makes us smile every time he does something that reminds us of the Christmas spirit. And the humor that he brings to the table (we mean he is scared of the reindeer because they are “big” animals), makes this entire story one that is worth watching multiple times.
