Sagittarius (Nov. 22 – Dec. 21) – T’Challa/Black Panther

As the idealistic zodiac sign in astrology, Sagittariuses has a networking mentality. Rather than using their networking skills for self-serving reasons, they use it to connect with people and to find new ways to help others. This is all thanks to a Sagittarius’ culmination of curiosity, wanderlust, optimistic and compassion — all of which T’Challa displays in his day to day life as the king of Wakanda, a son, a brother, the Black Panther, and an Avenger.

Though he hasn’t officially proclaimed he’s an Avenger, T’Challa has helped the Avengers on multiple occasions. After forgiving and housing Bucky in Wakanda, using Wakandan resources to attempt to save Vision, and helping the other Avengers attempt to stop the Children of Thanos and their Outriders horde, T’Challa is clearly an unspoken member of the team.

From his very first appearance in the MCU through his solo film, it’s evident that T’Challa cares for the people of Wakanda. After he’s officially dubbed king, he uses his time in the Spirit World to ask his father about how he can become a better ruler. His interaction with his father might stem from his self-doubts, but it also shows that he wants to make strong efforts to put Wakanda’s best interests in mind.

At the end of his film, T’Challa expands his canon Sagittarius compassion to an international scope. As a way to honor Eric Killmonger, he organizes a Wakanda outpost in Oakland.

Although T’Challa hasn’t traveled the globe as often as Nakia, the end of Black Panther highlights similarities between him and a Sagittarius (seeing as he combines his optimism with the world itself to help communities outside of Wakanda).
