Wedding bell bliss: Celebrities who got married in 2018

The wedding between Emily Ratajkowski and Sebastian Bear-McClard was definitely an interesting one. To start off, he didn’t propose to her with a ring but rather a paper clip. The groom proposed to the model at Minetta Tavern in New York City.

When he proposed, he didn’t have a ring and Emily told Jimmy Fallon that she said no originally. So when their bill came, Sebastian fashioned a ring out of the paperclip that came with it and Emily thought it was romantic enough to say yes.

From there, their wedding became even stranger but also very fitting for the two. She wore a mustard color outfit with a black veil (so not your typical wedding look) to their city hall wedding. The best part came from their wedding rings to each other. Emily and Sebastian decided to make their rings themselves from gold that they bought from China Town.

So while we don’t know how those rings may hold up, this entire story is interesting and oddly romantic. They seem to be utterly infatuated with one another and to see them doing things together and making it their wedding and no one else’s is inspiring.
