Prince Harry and Meghan Markle

Of course, we have to talk about the royal wedding. This May, every girl’s dream of being the princess to Prince Harry was squashed when he married Meghan Markle in a beautiful ceremony.

The former actress and star of Suits was a game-changer in regards to the English monarchy. An American joining the family? It was a big deal but also, of course, filled with drama. Before the wedding, Meghan’s father was invited and then uninvited when it was discovered he was selling photos to the press.

Despite the drama leading up to the big day, everything about the ceremony was perfect. Including Prince Harry and his velvet blazer that he wore to the reception. Meghan, of course, looked like something out of a Disney movie with a beautiful gown and her hair styled in a simple yet beautiful way.

Basically, we just all wanted to be Meghan Markle for a day (or for a few days. We just want to be Meghan). Here’s to Prince Harry and the new Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle! May you have a wonderful life together.
