Baby fever: Celebrities who had babies in 2018

Yael Stone wasn’t just preparing for the latest season of Orange is the New black (dropping on Netflix later in July). But rather she was also getting ready to welcome baby Pemau Stone Bancroft! Born on May 30 to Yael Stone and Jack Manning Bancroft, it seems as if mother and baby are extremely happy.

The star is famous for her role of Lorna Morella on Netflix’s original series Orange is the New Black. Throughout her pregnancy, Yael continued to post her activist work (sharing a picture days before she gave birth and stressing the importance of talking about and trying to stop domestic violence).

Yael is one of those actresses who continues to make her views heard and wants to speak out when she can. She’s amazing and someone we should all aspire to be in her vocality about social issues as well as defending those who need help.

It was also pretty amazing to see her use her Instagram continually during her pregnancy to share her voice and make sure her opinion was known, even if she couldn’t march herself.

Congratulations to both Yael and Jack on baby Pemau. With such strong role models, we know she’s going to do great things!
