Captain America: The First Avenger

Captain America: The First Avenger gives fans of the chance to see the origins of the titular hero (played by the amazing Chris Evans). We see his life as a scrawny, average guy before he was the incredibly strong, shield-wielding superhero.

We also get a glimpse of how Steve Rogers is transformed using scientist Abraham Erskine’s “super-soldier serum” to become the surprisingly muscular Captain America. It’s probably safe to say that this was a well-appreciated scene by many members of the audience, and it looks like fans of the Marvel hero weren’t the only ones who enjoyed this moment.

Peggy Carter (played by the wonderful Hayley Atwell), was a Strategic Scientific Reserve officer who also worked on the super soldier project. Atwell was unaware of just how muscular Evans had become for the role and was so taken aback by his body as he stood in front of her that she couldn’t help but want to touch his chest after he transformed.

This moment apparently wasn’t in the script and Atwell was basically all of us in that moment. Given the chance, it’d be nice to touch the new merchandise, but you really shouldn’t.
