Tony Stark: The turkey
Let’s think about how this would work. Tony Stark would probably suggest the entire situation, not really thinking about the work it would be for all the Avengers to meet up for the holidays. Once he did it, they’d put him in charge of a turkey, something he’s never made himself.
Tony, being Tony, would put it off until it was too late for him to admit to Pepper that they have to get and make a turkey… so he’d just have FRIDAY order one for him. You know who would get mad about it? Pepper. Most everyone else wouldn’t care, but Pepper would because she wants to make sure Tony doesn’t just buy his way out of everything.
It’d be a great turkey though. He’d at least make sure of that, and she’d roll her eyes, eat the turkey, and never tell him that she agrees with him. Because Tony Stark never needs to be told that he was right about something.
It’d be a very perfect Tony and Pepper moment. Also, none of the Avengers would have the patience for cooking a turkey, so this is maybe the safest way for them all to have a turkey and not kill each other over it.
The Avengers may be dysfunctional, but they’d have quite the holiday season together. It’s all about spreading cheer, making happy memories, and ignoring that Thanos even exists.
