Grande released her Christmas EP Christmas Kisses in 2013, with her angelic vocals performing songs like “Santa Baby” and “Last Christmas.” But it’s her single “Santa Tell Me” that appeared on the 2014 Japanese reissue of the album that we’re focusing on! The song is the singer’s plea with Santa to keep her from falling in love again, unless that man will stay around until next Christmas. She wants to make sure that this guy’s the one, her true love, so she doesn’t want to give it all away to him unless he’s a real keeper!
