Is Harry Potter on Netflix?

Netflix has everything, or so it seems anyway. So what about the movies about the Boy Who Lived? Is Harry Potter on Netflix?

It has to be right? Why would Netflix not want to add Harry Potter to its streaming service? They certainly wouldn’t have anybody complaining if they added it. So is Harry Potter on Netflix?

Well, it is, and it isn’t. Harry Potter is on Netflix, but only on particular services.

Currently, all of the Wizarding World movies are not avaible to stream anywhere on Netflix. However, come Nov. 1, it will drop on the streaming giants network but only in two select countries.

Those countries being France and Belgium. If you’re a Potterhead living in either one of those countries you are going to be over the moon next month when all eight movies about the Boy Who Lived arrive.

Everybody else, however, is out of luck. Unless your Canadian, you will, at the very least, be getting Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on Netflix in November. But apart from that, everyone else is completely out of luck. Neither Harry Potter, nor Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them will be arriving on Netflix.

More from Harry Potter

For now anyway. Maybe one day, after the franchise is done making new installments perhaps, the Wizarding World movies will arrive on Netflix. It certainly won’t be until SYFY has finished airing all of the movies about The Boy Who Lived on their network.

But until then, we will definitely not be seeing the movies arrive. Netflix may slowly start expanding them in other European countries, maybe Canada as well since it’s adding Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, but the big question is when, if ever.
