I don’t even know what I’ve been doing with myself all summer long without the gang from Riverdale. But here we are. The wait is finally over, and tonight is the season 3 premiere. Here’s everything you need to know about the Riverdale live stream and how to watch online.

Last we saw our beloved Archie gang, their (mostly nominal) leader was being carted off to jail, Betty and Jughead are the default leaders of the Serpents, Veronica is finally seeing the light about her gangster dad, Cheryl is an honorary Serpent, and Hiram has a goon squad.

Riverdale certainly has some ‘splaining to do.

In the trailer and sneak peeks for its third season, it seems like Riverdale is going to answer all those unanswered questions left over from the season 2 finale.

It looks like Veronica will decidedly declare herself “not a victim” and portend that she and Archie are “end game,” but I’m skeptical on both accounts. Our (somewhat) beloved protagonist is off to jail, and I will wager a guess that he takes up with a few Serpents while there. A fleeting glance of a snake tattoo during one of the jail scenes hints at a major narrative twist for this season.

In equally surprising and unexpected news, it seems Alice Cooper has joined a bit of a cult. After the year she’s had  — murdering her pretend son, being the wife of a serial killer, becoming a grandmother to incest twins — nobody can really blame her. Maybe this will be just the thing to nudge her toward FP. It’s all I really want from this show, really. The upcoming season promises to have a “parents’ episode,” and it darn well better tell me more about Alice and FP, then and now.

We are going to have to have some resolution to this turf war nonsense, but I’d rather just skip it all and fast-forward to the Sabrina crossover. She’s much more compelling than Hiram any day.
