NYCC is getting a magical twist this year as the original Broadway cast of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child will take to a panel at the convention!
It seems as if Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is getting their spot at New York Comic Con this year. The Broadway show will have a panel at the convention with the original cast there to talk all things Potter and what it is like to bring the magic to the stage week after week.
Honestly, it is going to be a treat. The cast, comprised of Jamie Parker, Anthony Boyle, Noma Dumezweni, Sam Clemmett, and more, is just filled with talent and energy and their love of the show and the Harry Potter series is clear when they talk about it.
Maybe at the panel we’ll hear more about how into the Harry Potter series Jamie Parker got after being cast as Harry in the West End production. From talking about the scars on his hands to reading the series to his son, he is almost as big of a fan as the rest of us!
On top of that, maybe we’ll get to hear Noma Dumezweni talk about her journey with Hermione and bringing her to life in a new way! The possibilities are endless and to see this amazing cast light up the stage together for a panel is going to be wonderful. Maybe they will even give us a little peak at some of the magic behind the show.
