In a world that has podcasts for absolutely everything, we’ve got the definitive list of feminist podcasts that are fierce, funny and worth a listen.

In the realm of podcasts, we have a lot to sift through. There are podcasts for trivia to impress your friends (No Such Thing as a Fish), podcasts about the not-so-secret world of Dentistry, and even podcasts on the unusual history of mundane objects (episodes include bread stamps, straws and garden gnomes, yes.)

In what is supposed to be the “Year of the Woman” (not to take away credit from ’92’s epic year) the majority of podcasting certainly still feels like it is done by white men. Only 1 out of the 10 top rated podcasts on iTunes is produced and presented solely by a woman or female team.

Whilst this may seem disheartening, there are plenty of female-led, feminist podcasts that exist. You just need to know where to look.

That’s why we’ve compiled this list of feminist podcasts that you need to get into your earbuds as soon as physically possible. From the ones you’ve certainly heard of (2 Dope Queens, The Guilty Feminist) to the ones you probably haven’t yet (Hoovering, The Bechdel Cast), all of them have a slightly different focus on all things feminism.
