The Office

Michael Scott came back for the wedding of Angela and Dwight and had the two greatest lines in the entire series. With his classic “That’s what she said” and a quote about how the wedding was like all his kids grew up and fell in love and married each other, Michael coming back for the finale of the Office was only a portion of what made it so sad.

Mike Schur and company really know how to pack a punch with their shows. The Office is no exceptionFrom Pam willingly giving up the life she knows to move to Texas for Jim to everyone saying goodbye to Dunder Mifflin in their own ways, the ending to The Office brought a realness to the paper company that hadn’t existed before.

Sure, these characters could be real employees of a company, but there was always a level of insanity behind their work day. The realness came with some leaving, others getting fired, and everyone going on their way knowing that they may never see these people again. It hurt but still, the final episode remained true to The Office and brought fans the closure we all needed from the Scranton branch of Dunder Mifflin.
