Universal Orlando has opted to upgrade its Harry Potter ride imagery; making it the most realistic it’s ever been for all park attendees.
If you’re planning on visiting Universal Orlando and going on the Harry Potter ride, there’s some exciting news. The imagery has been upgraded to 4K-HD, making it the most realistic it has ever been. Unfortunately, it doesn’t literally pull you into the world of the Boy Who Live, since that would require actual magic, but it does make you feel like you’re there for the time that you’re on the ride.
Upgrading to new imagery is part of Universal Orlando’s way to make the rides far more popular than ever before. That’s not surprising, considering 2017 saw record-breaking numbers in guests and this is only expected to grow this year. The summer season is now here and more families are looking for ways to spend time and have fun with their children. Of course, immersing their children into the world of Harry Potter is the perfect way to do that.

This isn’t the first time a ride has been upgraded at the park and it won’t likely be the last. However, Harry Potter is the latest to be upgraded because that’s just how popular the fandom still is. We knew that already, though, right?
