Communities will come together tonight to take a stand against Negan and the Saviors, resulting in an all-out war. Watch the season finale tonight to see who survives.

It’s here. It is finally here. The Walking Dead‘s season finale has been building up since spring, with tension growing between communities and Negan and his Saviors. Rick is ready to face the Sanctuary’s sadistic leader, as are many others who have lost loved ones to him and his terrifying bat, Lucille.

The wounds are fresh for our survivors, who still mourn the loss of Glenn and Abraham, and so many more. Then of course, Rick is beyond distraught over the loss of his son, Carl. Then for the Saviors, there’s the urge to maintain their dominance. Who will in this all-out war? You’ll have to watch tonight to find out.

Tonight’s synopsis via AMC reads:

"The communities join forces in the last stand against the Saviors as all-out war unfolds."

Not much info here as to who will be on the battlefield, but it’s safe to say everyone is going to get a piece of action.

Norman Reedus recently shared this regarding the finale: “There are four things that happen that could be the finale, and they all go off at once at the same time.”

Andrew Lincoln has also given a tease as to what we can expect, saying “[T]his is a smorgasbord. I think you’ve got everything in this one. It’s quite an unusual structure, but it’s very emotional, I hope because that’s what I felt [while filming]. It’s epic.”
