Looking at Sirius Black: How young Sirius is viewed

In the Harry Potter series, Sirius Black has quite the reputation. But it is interesting to look at the younger version of our favorite character and see how he became the man we know.

Sirius Black is one of those characters we just can’t stop talking about. He’s wonderful, he looked out for Harry when no one else would, and he’s pretty tragic. But we don’t really talk about what he was like when he was younger.

Sirius has a fascinating back story, one that resulted in him almost being a brother to James Potter. When his family turned on him, the Potters were willing to take him in and look out for him. He never really fit in with the Blacks and ended up being the black sheep (pun intended) of his family.

But it is interesting to think about what his personality was like. We know that he was one of the most beautiful boys at Hogwarts and that he and his friends got into quite the bit of trouble. But was he funny? Did he flirt with all the girls?

This is probably one of the reasons why I want them to make a Marauders series. I want to see what Sirius and Remus were like when they were around James. Really all we know is that they were close.

Together, these friends had each other’s backs like Harry, Ron, and Hermione do. So wouldn’t that be nice to see an entire series of? Come on, J.K. Give us the Marauders. I need it.
