Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD season 5 episode 4 preview: A Life Earned

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD heads into its fourth episode with two of its members in the clutches of the Kree. Where do we go from here?

Agents of SHIELD in space is loads of fun. Even if it is a little depressing at times.

I mean, everyone right now is just trying to stay alive, blend in, and also figure out how the heck they made it into the future and how the heck they can get back and stop the world from exploding.

They’ve got a lot on their plate.

It also doesn’t help that one of their superpowered friends is in the clutches of their enemy along with their scientist.

The official synopsis, courtesy of ABC:

"Coulson and the team discover what their captors’ true intentions are; and in space, escape is not an option."

Captors, eh? That’s a two-fold thing, too. It’s Kasius, who has both Daisy and Simmons (Simmons as his hand servant, Daisy as his Inhuman warrior). And it’s Grill, who has Coulson, Mack, Elena, and May working for him.

Despite the fact that they might be on his better side now that they framed his second-hand man as the one betraying him. Good thing Elena has that Inhuman speed no one else knows about, right?

So how long do we think it is before Daisy breaks out of Kasius’s clutches? How long until the rest of the team figures out where that radio broadcast is coming from? Is it really on the surface of the Earth?

Can people actually survive down there and no one in the Lighthouse knows it? I really hope somehow Robbie Reyes and Ghost Rider tie into this. I don’t know how it would work, but he dealt with multiverses last season…

It can easily be said: things will get worse before they get better on Agents of SHIELD.
