Taylor Swift may have taken aim at Calvin Harris on her latest track, “Gorgeous.” However, she may not have done so on the final version of the song.

According to a new report, the original lyrics of the third single off of Swift’s new album, Reputation, include a different excerpt of one of the main verses and some fans have suspected that the former boyfriend Swift is referring to is Harris.

Taylor Swift changed her mind about the lyrics of ‘Gorgeous’

Hollywood Life shared the original lyrics with readers on November 1.

“And I’ve got a boyfriend, he’s older than us… I haven’t seen him in a couple of months,” sings on the track. Other lyrics include an admission of going through phases in her love life. She also says that she hasn’t seen her former boyfriend in a couple of months.

Swift even gives her album name, Reputation, a shootout, saying that her reputation precedes both her and her ex.

Taylor Swift dated Calvin Harris for 15 months

Swift began dating Harris after being introduced to one another at the 2015 Brit Awards. Then, in May of the following year, rumors began swirling in regard to a breakup and after Swift and Harris parted ways, she struck up a romance with Tom Hiddleston.

Because Swift and Hiddleston stepped out with one another so soon after Swift’s split from Harris, many fans suspected there had been something between them prior to the breakup. Those rumors, however, were nothing more than speculation.

Reputation will be released on November 10.
