Pop star Dua Lipa recently went No.1 on the charts with Taylor Swift following suit. In a recent interview, Lipa discusses the comeback of female artists.

Recently, Taylor Swift scored her first UK No.1 single with her song “Look What You Made Me Do”. The Brittish singer Dua Lipa discusses her and Swift going No.1 in a recent interview with Metro UK. She also discusses comebacks and supports Swift in the process. It’s great when we see women supporting other women.

“New Rules” hit the summit in the U.K. earlier this year. A month later, Swift came back and took the throne with “Look What You Made Me Do,” making two powerful women reign above the rests. While Lipa is proud of her hit hitting No.1, she doesn’t shy away from showing her support to Swift and the other female artists, such as Lorde who have taken a break recently.

Lipa and Swift have not been seen together but we wouldn’t mind if they are in the future. In fact, we would love to hear a smash collaboration. Wouldn’t you? We think it would be an incredible, chart-topping hit. But, we will have to wait and see what happens.

It’s always great when we see other women supporting Swift and vice versa. Female artists in the industry need support and encouragement, and Dua Lipa is proving to be a fine example of what the looks like.

Taylor Swift’s sixth studio album reputation hits stores and streaming services everywhere on November 10.
