Happy Thursday. We’re going back in time and remembering and celebrating the friendship between Kelsea Ballerini and Taylor Swift.
The two friends are the be absolute best. We aspire to have friendships just like these two. They’re fun, sweet, and both super talented. Not to mention, they became friends because Swift was listening to Ballerini’s EP in the car. How cool is that? Ever since then, the two hit it off and have been the best of friends ever since.
They’ve collaborated backstage to Ballerini’s song “Yeah Boy,” a song Swift has always thought should be a single, and they’ve performed together on the big stage. What more can these two friends do together?
Well, Ballerini has met Swift’s cat Olivia, and the proof is adorable.
Not to mention, the two have attended concerts together and they are always supporting one another with their music and careers. It’s an incredible thing to watch. We’re rooting for a collaboration in the future and we hope it happens.
It’s evident that Ballerini is influenced by Swift just by listening to her new track “Legends” and yes, the country songstress has revealed that she wouldn’t mind following in the pop singers footsteps and believes it’s a big compliment that many compare the two.
Ballerini is slowly coming into her own and we have Swift to thank for that. She’s the one who offers up advice, helps and empowers her along the way. These two reveal the true meaning of friendship and that’s what we should all try to embrace.
