By Kara Johnson
The seasons are changing, which calls for another track of Taylor Swift’s hitting an impossible amount of streams on Spotify. Can you guess which one it is?
Swift’s lead single “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” from her fourth studio album RED has hit 100 million streams on Spotify. This marks her fifth song to do so. Other tracks that have done this include “I Don’t Wanna Live Forever,” “Shake It Off” and her latest single “Look What You Made Me Do”.
“We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” is a No.1 hit and one of the most popular in Swift’s career. The song became her first No.1 on the Billboard Hot 100, as well as the first song to hold the top spot for more than a week after a huge leap since Kelly Clarkson’s two-week run of “My Life Would Suck Without You”. It’s charted as one of the best-selling singles of all time and has sold more than 7 million copies and well over 100 million via streaming to date.

The track is seemingly still a fan favorite and is one that will go down in the history books. Swift certainly still claims this song as her own as she continues to perform it live on every tour since the album. It’s certainly expected to go up in streaming units in the upcoming weeks.
