Cleveland Indians Invite Taylor Swift To Celebrate 22 Win Game Streak

You would probably never put Taylor Swift and Baseball in the same sentence but perhaps now is a good time to do just that.

The Cleveland Indians are fresh off their 22 win game streak after Thursday’s (September 14) win. In celebration, the team chose to celebrate by using lyrics from Taylor Swift’s “22”. Not ONLY did they celebrate but they also asked Swift if she was also up for some celebrating.

Swift did not respond to the team publicly but we are still holding on to hope that she did so privately. What a way to win a 22-streak victory. We know we wouldn’t mind celebrating with the pop star.

The Indians dominated the Kansas City Royals and will face them again on Friday (September 15) night. It’s evident that the team is ready to extend their winning streak to a record-breaking territory. Do you think they will make it to a 23 win game streak tonight? Do you think Swift will make an appearance?

It’s not likely but we’re just happy the Indians thought of our favorite girl as they celebrated their victory. If you’re watching the game tonight, make sure to listen to Swift’s newest track “…Ready For It?” to get pumped up. It’s going to be an exciting night.

The Indians are four games away from tying the New York Giants’ 1916 record of 26 straight wins. Who knows, maybe after it’s all said and done, Swift will come out and formally celebrate with them. We can only hope, right? At least Cleveland can.
