Katy Perry Allegedly Reacts To Taylor Swift’s Alleged ‘LWYMMD’ Diss
Katy Perry is reportedly upset about Taylor Swift’s alleged diss in her new music video for “Look What You Made Me Do.”
After rumors swirled which suggested that Swift dressed up like Perry and held a Grammy Award, which Perry has yet to win, an insider claims Perry wasn’t happy with how Sunday night’s 2017 MTV Video Music Awards played out.
“Katy [Perry] is pretty upset about how everything went down at the VMAs. She agreed to be the host and thought it was her big night, only to have it stolen by Taylor [Swift]. Taylor didn’t have to premiere the video then, but she wanted to hurt Katy. In Katy‘s eyes it just proves once again what she always felt — Taylor is the biggest mean girl in the business,” a source close to the singer told Hollywood Life on August 29.

As fans saw on Sunday night, Perry left the stage before Swift’s music video was announced by an unnamed person over the loudspeaker. Then, after the video played, it was Blackish star Yara Shahidi who was first seen on the stage.
Taylor Swift didn’t attend the VMAs
While some predicted that Swift may return to the spotlight and perform her new track at the show, she instead steered clear of the event. That said, on Monday morning, she was the topic of conversation for many media outlets as Perry took tons of heat and criticism over her lackluster hosting performance at the show.
