If Taylor Swift’s fans haven’t brought you to tears over the past week, they will now. A group of Swifties has started a “Swifties Support Taylor” fundraiser to channel the inspiration from Swift’s strong and courageous fight and speaking out against sexual assault by helping other victims.

All proceeds from the fundraiser will go to RAINN (Rape, Abuse & Incest National Network), the country’s largest anti-sexual violence organization. The organization administers the National Sexual Assault Hotline, helps survivors, and engages in public policy and activism surrounding the issues of sexual violence.

If you are looking for ways to follow in Swift’s courageous footsteps, then consider donating to the fundraiser. It’s an incredible notion and one that should spread like wildfire.

Here’s a quick excerpt from those who are behind the fundraiser:

"If we come together as a community and everyone donates just a few dollars, we could raise thousands in Taylor’s name, as a means of passing on the baton and thanking her and her team for their work throughout this ordeal and battle."

We are so proud to be fans of Taylor, especially during this time. It’s been an incredible triumph over these last couple of days, and we are excited for more. But until then, let’s consider donating today.
