Taylor Swift’s trial is set for this week in Denver.

Four years after former 98.5 KYGO DJ David Mueller allegedly grabbed the backside of Swift at the Pepsi Center before one of her shows, FOX31 and Channel 2 News will be covering the case from start to finish and providing their fans and followers with live updates on Twitter.

Could Taylor Swift lose her case?

On August 6, Colorado’s 9 News reveals what it would take for Mueller to win his case against the singer.

“Mueller has to prove…that he was terminated wrongfully because of false claims made against him by Swift and people representing Swift. He also will have to show that that termination caused civic economic damages,”  legal analyst Scott Robinson explained.

“[Mueller] was only about six months into a two-year contract with KYGO, and so it would appear fairly obviously that he would be able to show that he lost the year and half of work, but he’s basically claiming that he was blackballed from the industry because of the allegations Swift made against him,” he added.

Taylor Swift was last seen in New York City

At the end of last week, Swift was seen with her mother, Andrea, and her father, Scott, as she made her way out of her New York City home. No word yet on whether or not the singer’s been spotted in Denver.
