According to the Denver Post, Taylor Swift will testify during the trial between her and radio talk show host David Mueller. The Post states that Swift is determined to reveal, in detail what happened and has never been so sure of anything in her life.

Swift, who was 23 at the time of the incident is certain of what Mueller did that night of the meet and greet in Denver. There was no intention of Swift filing the incident to the police until Mueller filed a lawsuit against her in 2015.

Those who will also testify with Swift include her mom Andrea Swift, her photographer who took the photograph the same time the incident happened, Swift’s bodyguard Greg Dent, who was present while the photograph was taken. All will testify about the singers’ reaction during the incident and Mueller’s conduct.

Swift had no knowledge of Mueller before the incident took place, and did not direct anyone to have the radio DJ fired. With that, the pop star will testify that she had no reason or motive for Mueller to inappropriately touch her at the Denver show in 2013.

More details about the trial will come as it gets closer. The trial is set to take place on August 7, where both Swift and Mueller will testify. We are sure to know more about the trial and the verdict in the next week or so.

Swift’s and Mueller’s attorneys have met to engage in settlement discussions. The details during those discussions have been sealed at this time.
