Katy Perry Has More To Say About Taylor Swift

Another day, another Katy Perry interview about Taylor Swift.

On Wednesday morning, while appearing on the Today show, Perry opened up about her ongoing drama with Swift while chatting with Richard Wilkins. However, while she reportedly bashed her fellow singer with her single “Swish, Swish,” she’s now claiming she loves Swift.

“Yeah, I mean I love her, I always have and we’ve had our differences, but I just continue to say ‘God bless her’ on her journey,” Perry said, according to a report by Hollywood Life.

Swift and Perry’s feud began years ago after Perry reportedly hired a number of Swift’s background dancers out from under her.

Although Perry is reportedly the one who prompted their feud, she recently proclaimed she has forgiven the “Wildest Dreams” singer.

“I am ready to let it go!” she told Thrive Global Podcast‘s Arianna Huffington before singing the legendary Disney track. “I forgive, I forgive, I forgive her and I’m sorry for anything I ever did, and I hope the same from her.”

During an interview with Late Late Show host James Corden, Perry recounted moments of her and Swift’s feud.

“I tried to talk to her about it and she wouldn’t speak to me,” she said. “I do the right thing any time that it feels like a fumble. It was a full shutdown and then she writes a song about me, and I’m like, OK, cool, cool, cool, that’s how you want to deal with it? Karma!”
