Taylor Swift is reportedly dating a “low-key” guy.
Following highly-publicized relationships with Calvin Harris and Tom Hiddleston, which both ended in 2016, Swift is said to be in the midst of a months-long romance with British actor Joe Alwyn and in a new report, new details about Swift’s rumored boyfriend have been revealed.
Alwyn is “private and low-key,” a source told PEOPLE Magazine in their June 5 issue, via Hollywood Life.
Although Swift is one of the most popular celebrities of today, Alwyn is reportedly determined to keep their relationship on the down low and remain as “normal and down-to-earth” as he can as their romance heats up.

“She has been insanely private with Joe,” the source said. “She wanted to get to know him without any chaos… She has learned from her past.”
“Joe and Taylor are on the same page about their relationship,” the source added.

While Swift has exposed her relationships publicly in the past, she is doing what she can to keep her new romance shielded from the prying eye of fans and the media in hopes of establishing a healthier pattern.
“She has had her challenges with so many relationships,” a source told Hollywood Life earlier this month. “She has been very open with her fans about all of her guys in the past and she is ready for a change. This time she wants to try something different in hopes having less stress on the relationship.”
