“You know, that guy from LOST. Not the one you wrote papers about in high school but the actual hot one.” The man my mother is referring to is Daniel Dae-Kim and the man I wrote papers about in high school was Matthew Fox. To be fair, to me, Jack Shephard was a hottie.

But Daniel Dae-Kim as Jin-Soo Kwon on LOST brought Daniel into our lives and we love him. If you haven’t seen LOST (what are you doing???), the show features a plane crazy and everyone trying to survive. The problem with Jin is that he does not speak English (on an American bound plane, he seems to be the only one who survived who doesn’t). His wife Sun does but Jin was the sexy brooding husband who learned how to communicate as the show went on.

Lucky for us, we just got to watch Daniel silently convey his emotions to others or speak only to Sun for the first few seasons of the show. But Daniel himself is just a sexy man. To be honest, I’m surprised my mom even remembered him from LOST. It was on too late at night for her, she slept through most of it. But I guess Hawaii Five-O really does it for her.
