Album Of The Year

Album of the Year is another category assumed to be a Beyoncé and Adele match. But maybe someone else could sneak in and take this category? Numbers wise, Adele’s 25 sold more than any of the other nominees but Justin Bieber’s Purpose and Drake’s Views both sold more that Lemonade in 2016. Not that numbers decide anything, but the music business sure owes a lot to the top four selling albums of 2016. So is there a chance for Justin or Drake to upset the queens of this year’s Grammys?

Who Could Upset?

We chose Lemonade as the album likely to take home the big prize of Album of the Year. But, there’s a chance Drake could sneak in and steal it from her. Views was the second best-selling album of 2016 and Drake also could walk away with the Best Rap Album award at the Grammys this year. Adele and Beyoncé might split the vote leaving the chance for another great album like Drake’s to upset. Who knows. Guess we’ll have to watch to find out!
