Here is an Official Preview for the First Season of Legion

FX’s new show Legion has everyone talking. And now, we’ve finally gotten a trailer for the first season! But what does it all mean?

Legion is FX’s new superhero thriller and it is taking audiences by storm. The show, starring Downton Abbey’s Dan Stevens, focuses on the mutant known as David Haller. He was diagnosed a schizophrenic as a child and had been in and out of mental hospitals since.

What David didn’t know was that he was, in fact, special. Not special in the sense of a genius or someone who is gifted. But rather special in the sense that he is a literally superhero. In the pilot episode, we see how David ends up with a group of mutants (almost like the X-Men but completely different) and how he is going to help them.

“We’re at war and we’re losing. And you may be the most powerful mutant alive.”

David still is trying to figure out what is going on in his own mind and so are we. According to reviews, the second episode does a better job of clarifying the reality versus the fiction of David’s life.

While great, the first episode did have a bit of a problem with accurately explaining what was going on at any given moment.

There were moments when we didn’t know what was going on. And sure, that is part of the show, but it also got to the point where fans were just so confused that they almost didn’t care. Almost being the key word because it seems as if everyone is in love with the show.
