Without a doubt, the Beatles are probably the hardest band to sum up. There’s nothing I could say to sum them up. But luckily, most people already know. If you don’t claim to be the biggest fan of this particular group of lads, the Beatles discography contains so, so many singles that people know or like at least a little. Like, come on. It’s not even fair.
In the ’60s, the Beatles led a revolution of sorts with music that mixed and transcended most music genres. With band members John Lennon, Ringo Starr, Paul McCartney and George Harrison, the Beatles are the highest-selling albums of all time. While they were only active and together for a decade, the Beatles solidified themselves as eternal legends way before they won Album of the Year in 1967.
