5. Eat Your Favorite Food

If you are asking yourself if you should eat those French fries today, do it. In the words of Parks and Recreation, treat yo self. Go and grab that dessert or eat the extra slice of pizza. Do whatever you want and eat whatever you want.

You know when you’re actually hungover and want food you can’t eat or you’ll be sick? Good news, this hangover is emotional and you can eat whatever you want and not worry about throwing up. Well, you might still throw up because of the results but at least it won’t be because of a real hangover.

Eat whatever your heart desires. Whether that’s kale or a whole cake, do it. Go forth and treat yourself to whatever food you think you need. It’s not about healthy living or making sure you’re doing what the world tells you today.

It’s all about making us feel better. If everyone on Twitter can take a break today to breathe, you can too. Regroup, revive, and go out tomorrow and fight for what you believe because like Hillary says, you can’t stop fighting. So eat whatever you want and get ready for the fight that is ahead of us all.
