10. Do Whatever Feels Right For You

If something you love isn’t on this list, just go do it. Go play an instrument or create art. Go kiss someone willing or just sit in a park and think. Go do something. Just don’t sit and wallow. Stay angry, yes. Stay fighting but don’t wallow and stay depressed and forget that we can still fight.

We can still make a change so do whatever you need to to feel more like yourself. Go on a run or do something and just breathe. We all have to remember to breathe through this and figure out a way to make it better.

So go and do what makes you happy. Play video games or go down a YouTube hole. Read a book for the tenth time or sing karaoke. Do whatever makes you feel like you can go on and then tomorrow, come back ready to fight. Come back ready to fix this.
