37. Jeff Bridges

His late in career fame came from his run as the Dude in The Big Lebowski and I think that Jeff has a lot more to show us which is why I’m putting him into the celebrity vault (He also looks just like my dad so if Jeff Bridges dies, I’m lose my mind). Jeff has given us classic roles and continues to put out amazing films but that doesn’t mean we’re ready for him to go. Hell Or High Water only fueled our love of Jeff Bridges, 2016 can’t take him. We need more cowboy flicks and we want Jeff to be the man to give them to us.

2016: Here’s the deal, Jeff has died a lot of times in movies and I can’t handle it. Remember when he got shot in True Grit? I sobbed. When he had a heart attack in Crazy Heart? I called my dad weeping. Jeff Bridges is a national treasure, our little California boy who pretends he’s from the south and we let him do it because he’s the Dude and he’s ours.

Save Jeff Bridges, because without him, who is going to make us cry and play our rough and tumble guys?
