Here’s another star(s) that has capitalized on the YouTube thing. Pentatonix was actually made famous by winning the NBC a cappella singing show The Sing-Off. Go watch some of their routines from the show- they do things with their voices that make you question if they maybe are androids.

So we’re back on the a cappella kick- but this ain’t no GLEE. The FOX show may have helped make a cappella music mainstream for awhile, but Pentatonix has kept it going. Their medleys prove that with only voices you can have the full, rich sound of a band-backed group, and that is pretty dope.
